Split Fiction will be the first Hazelight game with crossplay support

Hazelight Studios has carved a unique space in the gaming industry with its innovative approach to co-op gameplay. Their signature "Friend's Pass" system, requiring only one purchase for two players to enjoy the experience, remains a distinctive feature not widely replicated. While previous titles lacked cross-play, a feature seemingly perfect for their collaborative model, this limitation is now a thing of the past.

Excitingly, Split Fiction will fully embrace cross-play functionality, as officially confirmed by the developers. The Friend's Pass system returns, ensuring that only one player needs to buy the game, although both players will require an EA account to participate.

Adding to the anticipation, Hazelight has unveiled a playable demo, allowing potential players to experience Split Fiction together before committing to a purchase. Progress made in the demo will seamlessly carry over to the full game.

Split Fiction promises diverse and engaging settings, but at its heart lies a focus on exploring nuanced and relatable human relationships. Launching March 6th, the game will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
