Kalama explained: "There will be critical moments requiring lightning-fast decisions determining which bounty to pursue - Bespin, Endor's Death Star wreckage, or Coruscant."

Meet The BDX Droids

The adorable BDX droids will debut across Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris and Tokyo Disney parks. These cinematic-quality droids features unique personalities based on their colors.

"We designed original personalities and backstories," said Kalama. Added Serna: "Each color represents distinct personality traits - guests will naturally connect with favorites, just like R2-D2."

Creating Disney Magic

The Imagineers shared childhood memories inspiring their careers:

"Peter Pan's flight blew my mind as a child," recalled Serna. "Star Tours later showed me theme parks could tell new stories."

Kalama added: "My Star Tours experience made me truly believe I'd traveled through space."

Serna spotlighted Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga at Disneyland - a groundbreaking projection show blending fireworks displays with immersive storytelling.

Kalama emphasized Disney's obsessive attention to detail: "We debate screwhead types because Phillips screws don't exist in Star Wars canon."
