"Star Wars Outlaws: A Pirate’s Fortune Update Coming in May"
Fans of Star Wars Outlaws are in for a treat as they can dive back into the universe for another thrilling space smuggling adventure on May 15. Ubisoft is set to release the second story pack, titled "A Pirate's Fortune," across all current platforms. Season pass holders will enjoy this new content at no additional cost, while others can join the fun for $14.99 in credits, accompanying Kay Vess and her companion Nix on an exciting journey.
In "A Pirate's Fortune," players will have the unique opportunity to team up with Hondo Ohnaka, the notorious leader of the Ohnaka Gang. Hondo, a well-known figure from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and the 2017 Star Wars: Darth Maul comic series, also features as an animatronic at the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge attraction. In this story pack, Hondo will serve as an ally to Kay as she confronts Stinger Tash and her gang, the Rokana Raiders, explores a mysterious tomb, and engages in smuggling activities for the Miyuki Trade League. To fully enjoy the new content, players must complete the main storyline quests in Star Wars Outlaws before the release on May 15.
The announcement was made during a panel at Star Wars Celebration in Japan, where Ubisoft also revealed that Star Wars Outlaws will be launching on the Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4, just a few months after the handheld's debut on June 5.
