How To Study a Historical Display in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event
Week 2 of the Blast from the Past event in *The Sims 4* is well underway, sending players across the map to unravel the mystery at hand. Yet, a seemingly simple task is proving to be a hurdle for many. Here’s your guide on how to study a Historical Display in *The Sims 4*.
Where To Find a Historical Display in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event
One of the quests in Blast from the Past Week 2 requires you to study a Historical Display at a museum. If you're a seasoned player, you likely know the location of your local museum. For newcomers, open your map and look for a building marked with an icon featuring pillars. The four default museums are great, but the top picks for this event are Municipal Muses in Willow Creek and The Future’s Past in Oasis Springs due to their proximity to other tasks in the Blast from the Past event.
How To Study a Historical Display in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event
Upon arriving at a museum, it's time to dive in and start studying. Both paintings and sculptures count as Historical Displays in *The Sims 4*. Choose the one that catches your eye, click on it, and select "View" the Historical Display. An Emit icon will confirm that you've successfully completed the challenge.
Despite the straightforward nature of the task, numerous players are encountering issues. It appears that mods are interfering with the "View" button's functionality, preventing players from studying Historical Displays. Some have resorted to removing all mods to progress through the event, but even this hasn't worked for everyone. Hopefully, EA is on the case and working on a fix. In the meantime, the best strategy is to try studying as many items as possible across different museums.
