Summoners War returns to the global esports spotlight with the ninth annual World Arena Championship, and SWC2025 is set to be the most ambitious season yet. Featuring expanded regional tournaments, international qualifiers, and a grand finale in the heart of Paris, the competition is now live and ready for battle.

Registration for SWC2025 is currently open via the Summoners War: Sky Arena event page and will remain available until June 30th at midnight PT. Top performers from World Arena Seasons 32 and 33 will be invited to compete in the preliminary rounds across three major regions: Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

The Asia-Pacific region will be further divided into four sub-regions: Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Other Asian territories. Each sub-region will contribute eight skilled summoners to the preliminaries, kicking off in late July and running through August. Matches will be played in a double-elimination format with best-of-five series, determining which competitors advance to their respective Regional Cups.

The action moves offline as the tournament heats up. The Europe Cup will launch the live events on September 20th in a closed-door format, followed by the Americas Cup in São Paulo on October 11th, and the Asia-Pacific Cup in Busan on October 18th. Each Regional Cup will crown three finalists who will earn their spot in the World Finals.

For those outside the automatic qualification path, Open Qualifiers offer a second chance. Hosted in Paris and Hangzhou, these events will grant three additional players direct entry to the finals—one from France and two from China.

The ultimate showdown takes place on November 1st in Paris, where the top twelve summoners from around the world will clash in a single-elimination bracket to claim the title of SWC2025 World Champion.
