Get ready to dive back into the chilling world of sci-fi horror as Nightdive Studios announces the launch of System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster on June 26, 2025. This modernized version of the iconic 1999 action role-playing game will be available on PC and, for the first time, on consoles. You can expect to find it on Windows PC via Steam, GOG, the Epic Games Store, and the Humble Bundle Store, as well as on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch.

Here’s the official description of System Shock 2:
Set 42 years after the events of the first System Shock, the malevolent AI SHODAN and her army of ruthless mutants have taken over the starship Von Braun. Players take on the role of a soldier who awakens from cryo-sleep with cybernetic implants. As he explores the derelict ship to uncover its terrifying secrets, he must enhance his skills and wield powerful weapons and psionic abilities to combat SHODAN's monstrous creations and confront her god-like delusions.
