How To Find Vostatek’s Horse Pepik in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
Embark on a side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to locate Vostatek's missing horse, Pepik, and reap the rewards!
This guide details the "Lackey" side quest, accessible from Zlata at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov, or directly from Vitek nearby (slightly southeast, marked 'B' on the map – a map would be helpful here, but I cannot create one). The quest begins with rescuing Vostatek from a wolf attack to the north.
After saving Vostatek, help him to his campsite where Pepik was tethered. Unfortunately, Pepik's vanished. Follow the trail of clues along the path, carefully examining each one. This leads to a poacher's camp.
Pepik is at the rear of the poacher's camp. Strategically engage the poachers – taking them out individually or in small groups is preferable to a large-scale confrontation. Alternatively, you might choose to quickly retrieve Pepik and escape before engaging the tougher poachers within the camp.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's campsite. You can then choose to ride with him back to his home (a fast travel option), receiving a substantial Groschen reward and access to his home as a resting place. Enjoy your newfound wealth and the opportunity to pursue further quests or romantic interests in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
