Wuthering Waves’ highly anticipated Version 2.0 update has arrived, unleashing a wave of new content for players to explore. This major update introduces Rinascita, a captivating new region, expanding the game's world with diverse areas, quests, characters, bosses, Echoes, and gameplay mechanics. The JRPG experience is now also available on PS5, offering a larger-screen adventure.

Rinascita, the Land of Echoes, is a nation of city-states steeped in culture and art, where Echoes are deeply interwoven into daily life. Explore diverse locations, from Ragunna to the Nimbus Sanctum and Thessaleo Fells, each offering a unique atmosphere.

Two new playable characters join the fray: Carlotta and Roccia. Carlotta, a 5-Star Glacio Resonator, utilizes dual pistols in elegant, gem-inspired combat. Her Resonance Ability unleashes crystallized energy for devastating Glacio damage. Roccia, a theatrical combatant from the Fool’s Troupe, commands tornadoes on the battlefield alongside her stage partner, Chest Mimic – Pero. Her Resonance Ability draws enemies together, creating advantageous attack opportunities.

Character customization expands with new skins, including Jinhsi's peach blossom outfit and Sanhua's exorcistic adjuration. Boss encounters are enhanced with the addition of formidable new foes like the Dragon of Dirge and redesigned Nightmare Echoes, presenting challenging new mechanics to familiar battles.

Version 2.0 also introduces exciting gameplay features. Soar through the skies with a new flight mechanic, utilize the Cuddle Wuddle transformation for powerful leaps, or enjoy leisurely gondola rides during the main quest.
