While optional, completing this quest is recommended to access a Nightmare Echo within the storm-ravaged Fagaceae Peninsula. Prepare your strongest Resonators; this is a challenging quest.

Quest Walkthrough:

1. Initial Interaction: Begin at the ruins south of Shores of Last Breath. Interact with the damaged Lumiscale Construct on the ground to initiate the quest. The quest objectives are:

   • Charge three Discipline Steles.
   • Defeat the Lumiscale Construct (twice).
   • Chase and defeat the Lumiscale Construct.
   • Defeat the Dragon of Dirge.

2. Charging the Steles:

Stand on the glowing circles within the designated altar areas to charge the steles. Enemies will interrupt the charging process; eliminate them swiftly. Stepping too far from the altar will cause the energy to drain. Utilize elemental advantages introduced in the 2.0 update to your advantage. The third stele requires repositioning before charging; a prompt will appear when you're correctly positioned.

3. Chasing and Defeating the Lumiscale Construct:

Use your strongest Resonators to defeat the Lumiscale Construct. A cutscene will initiate after significantly reducing its health, leading to a chase sequence. The environment becomes more hazardous during the chase; watch out for falling debris and lightning strikes while eliminating enemies. A final confrontation with the Construct awaits.

4. Defeating the Dragon of Dirge:

The Dragon of Dirge is a formidable foe. Avoid its breath attacks and falling star attacks, aiming for stuns to disrupt its actions. Prioritize dodging its powerful attacks and capitalize on opportunities to stun it.

5. Quest Completion: Upon defeating the Dragon of Dirge, the quest concludes. Access to the remaining areas of Shores of Last Breath, including Dream Patrols and Nightmare Tempest Mephis, is now unlocked.
