Bandai Namco Entertainment, the publisher behind Elden Ring, has partnered with Rebel Wolves to bring their debut action RPG, Dawnwalker, to players worldwide.

This week's announcement confirms Bandai Namco Entertainment as the global publisher for Rebel Wolves' ambitious "Dawnwalker" saga. Launching in 2025 on PC, PS5, and Xbox, Dawnwalker is a story-rich AAA action-RPG set in a dark fantasy medieval Europe, designed for mature audiences. Expect further Dawnwalker reveals from Rebel Wolves in the months ahead. Founded in 2022 in Warsaw, Poland, Rebel Wolves aims to redefine the RPG experience through compelling narratives.

Bandai Namco views Dawnwalker as a valuable addition to its portfolio. Alberto Gonzalez Lorca, VP of business development, commented, "This partnership marks a significant step in our Western market strategy. By combining our strengths, we'll deliver this exceptional game to a global audience."

Leading the charge as creative director is Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, a CD Projekt Red veteran and lead quest designer on The Witcher 3, who joined Rebel Wolves earlier this year. Co-founder and narrative director Jakub Szamalek, a nine-year CDPR writing veteran, confirmed Dawnwalker as a new franchise. The game's scope is anticipated to be comparable to The Witcher 3's Blood and Wine expansion, with a focus on a more non-linear storyline.

Tomaszkiewicz previously shared his vision: "We aim to create an experience offering diverse choices and rewarding replayability through experimentation. Collaborating with such a talented team to achieve this is a privilege, and I can't wait for everyone to see what we've been working on."
