Clash Royale players finally get their long-awaited Inferno Dragon enhancement. Following nearly a decade without an Evolution update, this Legendary unit receives a powerful transformation. Supercell commemorated the occasion with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special announcement.

Fiery Negotiations Take Center Stage

Nearly nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a brand new Clash Royale promotional video. Finnish humorist Ismo Leikola delivers a standout performance as the dragon's unorthodox talent agent, bargaining for fame and fortune.

In the amusing trailer, the winged creature temporarily abandons its battlefield duties to chase Hollywood dreams.

The Evolved Inferno Dragon introduces significant gameplay changes. Unlike its standard version that resets damage when switching targets, the upgraded beast maintains its increasing damage output for maximum devastation.

New Season Ignites With Dragon Evolution

The upcoming "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season debuts the Inferno Dragon Evolution while reintroducing the popular 2v2 League. Players can team with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events (available from Arena 7 onward) offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and special Cosmetics.

Participants in Crown Chase #1 earn a decorated Battle Banner plus an Epic Book of Cards, while Crown Chase #2 provides another Banner with 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution mechanics, developers have scheduled multiple special events through June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9) precedes the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9), rewarding players with a Battle Banner and Emote.

The schedule continues with Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allowing four Evolution Cards per deck, Magical Trio (June 16-23), 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30), and Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) with a staggering eight Evolution Cards per deck.
