How to Complete All Arata Stages in GHOUL://RE

After countless trials and errors, we've cracked the code to complete all three Arata stages in *GHOUL://RE*. While not overly challenging in terms of gameplay, these stages require significant Reputation grinding. Yes, we're talking about a lot of grinding!

Arata Stage 1 in GHOUL://RE

To unlock Arata Stage 1, you must first collect **25,000 Reputation** points and reach the rank of **Special Investigator** within the C.C.G. organization. Head to the **Commission of Counter Ghoul** (C.C.G. center) and locate **Damiro D. Mado** on the second floor. He'll assign you the Arata Stage 1 quest, requiring you to gather **10 one-eyed fragments** and **10 Kokuja fragments**.

The quickest way to obtain these fragments is by defeating bosses like **Eto and Tatara** and then crafting them at a crafting station. To check your Reputation, speak with **Saiyo Natsuki**, who is dressed in a black suit and tie. Once you have all **20 fragments**, craft them into **five one-eyed Kokuja fragments** at the crafting station. Arata Stage 2 in GHOUL://RE

To advance to Arata Stages 2 and 3, you must switch to **permadeath** (PD) mode to acquire the legendary armor. It's advisable to team up with a reliable group, as solo missions can be quite challenging.

Once you've accumulated **100,000 Reputation points**, head to the elevator in the C.C.G. building and proceed to **the Laboratory**. There, you'll meet **Black Reaper of Doom And Despair**, recognizable by his scalpel and black suit near the door.

Hand over the **five one-eyed Kokuja fragments** along with your **100,000 Reputation**, and you'll complete Arata Stage 2, unlocking the **Arata-Proto armor**. Despite various rumors about the required Reputation points, our testing confirms that **100,000 Reputation points** are necessary for guaranteed success.

Remember, Arata Stages 2 and 3 must be completed in **PD mode** to avoid repeated responses from the Black Reaper, which would prevent you from progressing to Stage 3.

Arata Stage 3 in GHOUL://RE

The final stage of Arata also involves **Black Reaper of Doom And Despair**, along with more fragments and a significant amount of cash. Continue in **PD mode** to pursue the epic armor.

Gather **one one-eyed Kakuja fragment** and save up **500,000 Yen**. Visit **Black Reaper of Doom And Despair** in the C.C.G. building, and upon payment, he will teleport you to face **Kishou Arima boss**.

To defeat Kishou Arima, you'll need at least average gaming skills, involving a lot of jumping, dodging, blocking, and dealing high damage from above. While challenging, Kishou Arima is not unbeatable, and with some practice, even average players can succeed.

Be prepared for potential multiple deaths during this encounter. Ensure you have ample resources, as each retry requires another **one-eyed Kakuja fragment** and an additional **500,000 Yen**.

Upon defeating Kishou Arima, you'll unlock Stage 3 Arata-Proto armor. However, be aware that while Arata armor offers significant buffs and protection, it also drains your hunger at an alarming rate and prevents you from eating while equipped.

**Arata-Proto Armor Buffs**

Arata armor is incredibly powerful, but it drains your hunger quickly, and you cannot eat while wearing it across all stages. To replenish your hunger, you must remove the armor.

Despite this, the armor provides substantial benefits. It prevents you from being ragdolled, a significant advantage in any scenario. Additionally, it makes your character increasingly "tanky," capable of withstanding and dealing massive damage. If the armor depletes your hunger during a fight, it will start consuming your health, so be cautious, especially in boss fights, and remove it when necessary to heal.

**Reputation Grinding**

The fastest way to accumulate the required Reputation is by defeating bosses in **PD mode**. Each boss killed in PD mode grants **1,500 Reputation**, far surpassing the **500** earned outside PD. Killing Ghouls, however, only yields **100 Reputation** points per kill, making them less efficient for Arata quests.
