Cell to Singularity Launches Major Simulation Update
Computer Lunch has launched the Reality Reboot, a major new update for its evolution simulator, Cell to Singularity. The prestige system has been completely redesigned with input from game designer Chyrsto, founder of Danish studio Octocube Games and creator of titles like CIFI and ISEPS.
Cell to Singularity: Reality Reboot is now live on Android, iOS, and PC
This overhaul centers on the new Reality Engine, which acts as a foundational backbone for the Primary Simulation. Every game system has been reconfigured to deliver smoother progression and grant players more meaningful choices.
Upon reaching Research Level 56, players can unlock new Life chapters within their Primary Simulations. The first new branch is Amphibians, which explores the evolution of species from ancient caecilians to the common frog.
The Life Tree expands with twenty-one new nodes, while a dedicated Amphibians generator increases production in the Land garden. The update also introduces two new augments: the axolotl and the poison frog.
Introducing over two hundred new upgrades
Time upgrades reward extended, continuous gameplay with bonus prestige currency. Garden upgrades allow you to shape biomes individually or level them uniformly based on your strategy. Synthesizer upgrades improve currency conversion rates, and capacitor upgrades scale production by encouraging the use of diverse generators.
These systems feed into two new prestige currencies: Metabits and Knowledge. Players generate them using the Metabit Converter and Knowledge Converter. Metabits continue to track Entropy conversion, while Knowledge is used to unlock further Reality Engine upgrades.

The Reality Reboot also kicks off a longer series of planned expansions. The developers have scheduled monthly content updates. Future additions will feature Uraniborg, introduce bivalve collecting, ignite the era of the automobile, and add new creatures from the world of creepy-crawlies.
