How to Beat the Eye Monster (Peeper) in R.E.P.O.

The Peeper, a ceiling-dwelling adversary, is notorious for its stealth. It spawns randomly across the map, appearing as a giant eyeball that remains closed until you venture into its detection range. Once it senses your presence, the Peeper opens its eye, locking your gaze and preventing you from looking away. This connection inflicts two points of damage to your HP every second, which, while not the most dangerous in terms of damage output, can be highly disorienting.

When trapped in the Peeper's gaze, your point of view zooms in on the eyeball, severely limiting your ability to navigate your surroundings or escape from other threats.
