Jingle Hells in Black Ops 6 Zombies: Weapon Upgrades, Ammo Mods, and Support

Jingle Hells, the holiday-themed map in Black Ops 6 Zombies, introduces unique mechanics for weapon upgrades and item acquisition. Unlike the standard game, the Arsenal Machine and Workbench are absent, requiring alternative methods.

Weapon Upgrades:

Forget Salvage! In Jingle Hells, weapon upgrades rely on Aether Tools, consumable items with varying rarity (color-coded). Using an Aether Tool upgrades your weapon to that rarity tier (e.g., a purple Aether Tool grants Legendary rarity). Here's how to obtain them:

• Church Spire: Throw a grenade at the zombie head atop the church spire. The resulting zombie drop contains a chance for an Aether Tool; later rounds yield higher rarity tools.
• Bank Vault: Loot Keys unlock safety deposit boxes within the Bank Vault, offering a chance at Aether Tools.
• S.A.M. Trials: Completing S.A.M. Trials, especially at higher reward tiers, can reward Aether Tools.
• Hidden Power GobbleGum: Instantly upgrades your weapon to Legendary rarity.
• Mystery Box, Wall Buys, Holiday Presents: Weapons obtained from these sources increase in rarity as the round progresses.

Ammo Mods:

Currently, only the Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod is available in Jingle Hells. It drops as a consumable item and is primarily found within Holiday Presents. These presents drop randomly upon enemy kills, from the Naughty or Nice power-up (Nice drops multiple presents, Naughty spawns vermin), and from the S.A.M. Machine's spawn location. Higher rounds increase the chance of higher-rarity rewards within these presents.

Equipment and Support:

The absence of the Workbench means no Salvage-based crafting. However, equipment and support items (like Chopper Gunners, etc.) can still be acquired through:

• Enemy Kills: Equipment drops from regular enemies.
• Holiday Presents: These can contain equipment.
• Special/Elite Enemy Kills: Support items drop from these tougher foes.
• S.A.M. Trials: Can reward equipment and support.
• Bank Vault Deposit Boxes: These boxes offer a chance at equipment and support.
