Gameplay Overview: Survive a Twisted World

Once Human immerses players in a multiplayer open-world survival experience. The story unfolds after humanity faces devastation from Stardust, an extraterrestrial substance contaminating air, water, animals, and people.

You play as one of the rare survivors—a Meta-Human—stranded in the vast, treacherous lands of Nalcott (Nekot), spanning 256 square kilometers. Survival means navigating frozen wastelands, volcanic regions, poisonous swamps, and deceptive desert mirages.

The infected—mutated humans turned zombies—roam alongside bizarre Stardust-warped creatures. Even resources are deadly: consuming contaminated water reduces health and sanity.
