Collecting the Electronic Collars:

The initial phase requires locating five electronic collars from various mutant corpses across the Zone. These locations are pre-determined and marked on your in-game map. If a location isn't showing, you may have already collected the collar. The locations are:

Return to Shcherba at the Roofed Warehouse in the Chemical Plant after collecting all collars. If you encounter bugs (e.g., missing collars due to prior collection), use the console command "XEndQuestNodeBySID E08_SQ01_S2_SetJournal_WaitForSherbaCall_Finish_Pin_0" to advance.

Jamming Device: Disable or Recalibrate?

Upon delivering the collars, Shcherba reveals a signal jamming their function. He tasks you with investigating a jamming device at the Storage on the Hill. You must choose between:

• Destroy/Disable the Jammer (Recommended): This progresses the quest, awarding coupons and leading to an encounter with bloodsuckers and a further choice.

• Recalibrate the Jammer: This concludes the quest with a coupon reward from Dvupalov.

Confrontation with Shcherba: Kill or Spare?

Disabling the jammer leads to a later confrontation with Shcherba. After a series of events (including a PSI-radiation exposure and a bloodsucker fight), you'll face Shcherba, who holds Dvupalov at gunpoint. You choose to:

• Kill Shcherba: Results in the same rewards as sparing him.
