There could be several reasons for this issue. Start by ensuring you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the latest version of the app. Here are some common issues:

a. Mismatch between your interactive user and VUU user. This mismatch often leads to login failures.

b. Inactive or unauthorized VIU user. If your VIU user account hasn't been activated or lacks the necessary permissions, you might encounter a blank page within the app.

c. Session termination. User sessions are periodically terminated for security reasons. To resolve this, tap the authority button in the top right corner to log out and then log in again.

2-) How can I reset my password?

Our system is integrated with Interaktif, so you can reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.
